Hello! My name is Katie, a passionate educator of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander education and love to cook delicious food that leaves me feeling fabulous. I have had a long standing battle with diets and food and the purpose of this blog is to create a better relationship with food and myself. I have been told that I am a young and healthy woman but as the saying goes ‘Don’t judge a book by it’s cover.’

Behind closed doors is a different story to that I tell in the public eye. I have started reading and researching the behaviours, habits and explanations behind why I have such a terrible relationship with food and myself. This blog is purely a place to share the food I eat and promote a healthy image about food. For too long I have seen food as the enemy that makes me put on weight. It is time to change that!
